- This document provides certification bodies with general principles for conducting certification activities during the COVID-19 epidemic (hereinafter referred to as the epidemic), operational management, certification planning and implementation, and guidelines for follow-up activities after the epidemic. This document is mainly applicable to certification agencies that carry out management system, product and service certification activities within the territory of the People's Republic of China. It can be used as a reference for other types of certification activities and when engaging in certification activities abroad. Certification bodies may also refer to this document during other public health emergencies.
