This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, instructions, transportation and storage requirements for household photon beauty devices. This document applies to household photon beauty devices with a rated voltage not exceeding 250V. Medical equipment, ultraviolet equipment, and laser equipment are not within the scope of this document.
