The content of the preoperative visit was clarified, and based on this, the extracorporeal circulation plan was formulated and the items and instruments were managed before starting extracorporeal circulation. 3. Management during extracorporeal circulation. The management and precautions of various parameters and indicators in the pre-parallel stage, mid-term and late stages at the beginning of extracorporeal circulation are clarified. 4. Treatment after extracorporeal circulation. The operational management before and after stopping venous drainage as well as the operational key points and precautions during shutdown were determined.
