Scope

This document stipulates the control, emission limits and monitoring requirements for air pollutants from civilian coal burning. This document was developed mainly to promote the technological progress of civil coal-fired facilities (stoves) and pollution prevention and control facilities and to promote the rationalization of operating procedures for civil coal-fired facilities, for reference by relevant departments.
