This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic principles, evaluation quality requirements, evaluation content and methods, and evaluation procedures for the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements. This standard applies to third-party evaluation activities in which scientific and technological achievement evaluation agencies organize evaluators to evaluate relevant indicators of applied technology scientific and technological achievements. The evaluation of other types of scientific and technological achievements can be implemented with reference.
