This document stipulates the evaluation content, evaluation methods, evaluation classification and evaluation report for the service capability evaluation of third-party flue gas desulfurization treatment enterprises in coal-fired power plants. This document is applicable to the self-evaluation of the service capabilities of third-party limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization treatment companies in coal-fired power plants and the evaluation of the service capabilities of third-party flue gas desulfurization treatment companies in coal-fired power plants by third-party organizations using other flue gas desulfurization processes. Third-party governance companies can be used as a reference.
