Scope: 7 Technical requirements 7.1 Color The inner and outer layers of the pipe should be uniform in color, and the color should be determined through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer. 7.2 Appearance There should be no bubbles, cracks, decomposition and discoloration lines, obvious impurities and irregular ripples on the inner and outer walls of the pipe. The inner wall of the pipe should be smooth, and both ends of the pipe should be flat and perpendicular to the axis. The inner and outer walls of the trough area of the pipe should be tightly welded and should not be detached. 7.3 Specifications: The length of the pipe is generally 6m, which can also be determined through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer. Negative deviations in length are not allowed. Pipe specifications are expressed by nominal size DN/ID or nominal size DN/OD (see Table 4 and Table 5). 7.4 Physical and mechanical properties requirements The physical and mechanical properties should comply with the provisions of Table 6. 7.5 Applicability of the system (tightness of elastic sealing ring connection) The pipes should pass the tightness test after connection, see Table 7.
