This standard specifies how to express, store, interact and use macro and micro road information in a structured manner in a cooperative intelligent transportation system, covering physical aspects such as road segment connection relationships, signal light phase information and real-time status information, signal light and steering correlation relationships, etc. and logical road information. By structuring the road information, a series of road information units are hierarchically defined, and on this basis, the storage format and interaction specifications of each unit are defined.
