This document specifies the crowdsourcing testing service quality assurance framework, testing process management requirements, risk management requirements and security management requirements. This document applies to the management of crowdsourcing testing services, the construction of crowdsourcing testing systems, and the contractor’s selection of platform parties. The intended users of this document include: a) Platform parties, when: 1) Managing the entire process of crowdsourcing testing; 2) When building a crowdsourcing testing system; 3) When formulating the process, risks, and safety specifications for crowdsourcing testing; b) Select the platform contractor based on service quality; c) A third-party evaluation agency that evaluates the quality of crowdsourcing testing services; d) A regulatory agency that supervises the quality of crowdsourcing testing services.
