Scope

This document stipulates the periodic testing items for the tower climb-free device of wind turbines (hereinafter referred to as "wind turbines"). This document mainly stipulates the testing period and testing requirements for the wind turbine climb-free device from the inspection of the components of the wind turbine climb-free device and the performance of the entire wind turbine climb-free device. This document is applicable to the inspection of wind turbines in wind farms.
