- This document is applicable to the design, construction and acceptance of foundation projects for new school outdoor sports venues using natural foundations, professional sports schools, reconstruction, expansion projects and other similar outdoor sports venues using natural foundations. It can also be implemented by reference when the technical conditions are the same. . This standard does not apply to sports venues with natural lawns and sand as surface layers.
