This standard specifies the terms and definitions, evaluation content and form, evaluation methods, and evaluation procedures for the evaluation of inspection and testing scientific and technological achievements (hereinafter referred to as achievements). This standard is applicable to achievement holders or enterprises or organizations that provide transformation services to achievement holders. They should evaluate the achievements before achievement transformation to decide whether to carry out achievement transformation implementation. Achievements holders and enterprises or organizations that provide transformation services can entrust third-party evaluation service agencies to organize and implement the results evaluation, which can be implemented with reference to this standard.
