This standard specifies the test requirements, test methods, processing suggestions, etc. for ultra-low frequency (0.1Hz) field testing of extruded insulated power cable systems with rated voltages of 10 (6) kV ~ 35kV. This standard is applicable to ultra-low frequency (0.1Hz) field testing of extruded insulated power cable systems with rated voltages from 10 (6) kV to 35 kV, including withstand voltage testing and dielectric loss factor measurement under ultra-low frequency voltage. This method can be used as one of the test methods for evaluating the insulation status of power cables and cable accessories.
