Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and labels, packaging, transportation and storage of black (white) cut, one of Hefei's four famous snacks. This standard applies to black (white) slices made from maltose, black (white) sesame, white sugar, etc., and processed through sugar boiling, sesame mixing (fried sesame), tableting, and slicing.
