- This guideline provides recommendations for the diagnosis, syndrome differentiation, treatment, prevention and care of pulmonary hypertension and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension caused by lung disease and/or hypoxia. This guideline is applicable to the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of pulmonary disease and/or pulmonary hypertension caused by hypoxia and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension in people over 18 years of age. This guide is suitable for use by clinicians in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Respiratory Department, Cardiovascular Department, Ultrasound Department, etc. This guideline does not cover arterial pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary hypertension caused by left heart disease, and pulmonary hypertension caused by unknown and/or multifactorial factors.
