4.2 Classification of evaluation indicators 4.2.1 The evaluation indicators of the "Leader" standard of shallow sea lake cables are divided into basic indicators, core indicators and innovative indicators. 4.2.2 Basic indicators include conductor resistance performance, voltage resistance performance, conductor structure, insulation thickness, non-metal sheath thickness, copper tape (wire) shielding structure, aluminum-plastic composite sheath thickness, and armored metal wire (strip) structure. 4.2.3 Core indicators include partial discharge performance, cable insulation eccentricity, XLPE insulation thermal extension, insulation thermal shrinkage, winding performance, tension bending performance, longitudinal water blocking performance, and radial water permeability. Including advanced level, which is equivalent to the 5-star level in the enterprise standard ranking list; the average level, which is equivalent to the 4-star level in the enterprise standard ranking list; and the benchmark level, which is equivalent to the 3-star level in the enterprise standard ranking list. 4.2.4 Innovative indicators include insulation water tree resistance and aluminum-plastic composite sheath integrity. There is no classification. Innovative indicators related to product performance and consumer concerns are encouraged to be added in a timely manner based on mature conditions.
