- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and quality commitments of cylinders for high-speed railway vehicles (hereinafter referred to as cylinders). This standard applies to piston-type ordinary cylinders that use compressed air as the working medium and have a cylinder diameter of 16 mm to 125 mm, which are used on (or under) the body of high-speed railway vehicles and are directly installed in the box.
