- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, inspection, quality certification documents, standards, packaging, supply, and ordering requirements for oxygen valves. It is applicable to working pressures not greater than 21MPa and nominal sizes from DN10 to DN1000 (NPS3/8~ NPS40), oxygen valves (including stop valves, ball valves, butterfly valves and check valves) with an oxygen medium temperature of -29°C to 200°C, a dew point not higher than -30°C, and a purity (volume fraction) greater than 23.5%.
