What is ISO 6450 about?
ISO 6450 is a series on rubbers. Rubber, also called India rubber, latex, Amazonian rubber, caucho, or caoutchouc, as initially produced, consists of polymers of the organic compound isoprene, with minor impurities of other organic compounds. ISO 6450 specifies two methods of evaluating the resistance of rubber- or plastics-coated fabrics to the action of liquids by measurement of selected properties of the materials before and after immersion in selected liquids.
