Scope

This part of GB/T 26168 proposes various factors to be considered in evaluating the effects of ionizing radiation on all types of organic insulating materials. For X-rays, γ-rays and electron rays, dosimetry terms, dosimetry methods, radiation devices for testing, evaluation and testing of insulating material properties, and recording of radiation processes are also specified. Dosimetry at the location where the material is used is not specified in this section.
