Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of energy consumption per unit product (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) limits for ordinary cars and ordinary sports passenger cars, energy consumption limits, statistical scope and calculation methods, and energy-saving management measures. This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of product energy consumption of ordinary sedan and ordinary sports passenger vehicle manufacturers, as well as the energy consumption control of new, renovated and expanded projects.
