- In order to implement the national and Anhui Provincial building energy conservation policies, standardize the application of inorganic thermal insulation mortar wall insulation systems in our province, ensure system safety and engineering construction quality, and achieve technological advancement, safety, reliability, economic and reasonable, this regulation is formulated. This regulation applies to wall energy-saving projects in civil buildings that use inorganic insulation mortar wall insulation systems in Anhui Province. In addition to complying with this regulation, the current inorganic thermal insulation mortar wall insulation system should also comply with relevant national and industry mandatory standards and specifications as well as our province's regulations on building energy conservation.
