Scope
This standard specifies the functional requirements, performance requirements, test methods and data quality requirements for bus (electric) vehicle passenger flow collection, as well as the definition of the communication interface between APC and on-board information terminals, and the passenger flow collection data quality test requirements and methods. This standard applies to Shanghai bus (electric) vehicle dynamic passenger flow collection technology and applications, including the design, testing and use of APC based on different technical means such as images and infrared.
