Requirements 4.1 The product quality of dry hair caps and dry hair towels is divided into high-quality products, first-class products and qualified products. 4.2 The product quality of hair drying caps and hair drying towels includes intrinsic quality and appearance quality. 4.3 The intrinsic quality requirements are shown in Table 1 (table omitted). The safety performance of hair drying towels and hair drying caps used by infants and children aged 14 and under should also comply with the relevant requirements of GB31701. 4.4 See Table 2 for appearance quality requirements (table omitted) 4.5 Select suitable sutures, buttons and other accessories, and the quality should comply with relevant standards. 4.6 Special requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the contractual agreement between the parties.
