- This standard specifies the material requirements, sampling and identification, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of Sichuan rock asphalt modified asphalt (hereinafter referred to as rock asphalt) and asphalt mixture technology applications. This standard applies to asphalt pavements in new construction, reconstruction, expansion, and maintenance and repair projects of highways and urban roads of all grades in Sichuan Province.
