Scope

This document stipulates the evaluation index system, evaluation methods and grade identification for the quality classification and evaluation of hot-rolled steel strip products of carbon structural steel and low alloy structural steel. This document is applicable to the quality classification and evaluation of carbon structural steel and low alloy structural steel hot-rolled steel strips (hereinafter referred to as steel strips).
