- DBS45/ 064-2020 Local food safety standard for dried beef. This document specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, food additives, hygienic requirements for production and processing processes, inspection methods, inspection rules, and other requirements for dried beef. This document applies to dried Beef Potatoes made from fresh Beef Potato cubes or roots, which are processed through selection, cleaning, skin removal, slicing or sectioning, and drying.
