This document specifies the high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of food poisoning flavin and rice fermentation acid. The detection limit of toxoflavin is 0.1μg/mL, and the limit of quantification is 0.3μg/mL; the detection limit of oryzoin is 0.1μg/mL, and the limit of quantification is 0.3μg/mL.
