This standard specifies the terms and definitions of production capacity verification, clinker production capacity verification, cement grinding production capacity verification, and on-site verification in the cement industry. This standard is applicable to the capacity assessment of new dry process cement clinker production lines and cement grinding stations that produce general cement products. Special cement production lines shall be implemented accordingly.
