Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for ships to supply and receive fuel, conditions before refueling, the refueling process and third-party measurement. This standard applies to ships supplying and receiving fuel oil operations within the waters under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China. This standard does not apply to shore-based oil stations and load-carrying oil supply and receiving operations.
