This standard specifies specific requirements for the food safety management system of beer production enterprises, including human resources, prerequisite programs, key process control, inspection, product traceability and withdrawal, and record keeping. This standard, in conjunction with GB/T22000, is suitable for beer production enterprises to establish, implement and self-evaluate their food safety management systems, and is also suitable for external evaluation and certification of the food safety management systems of such enterprises. When this document is used for certification purposes, it should be used together with GB/T22000.
