This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates of garnet structure aluminate series phosphors for white light LEDs. This standard applies to garnet structure aluminate rare earth phosphors produced by high-temperature solid-phase reaction, coprecipitation method or combustion method and other liquid-phase methods. This phosphor emits yellow light and yellow-green light when excited by a light source with a wavelength of 415nm ~ 470nm. Or green light, this light, red light, and excitation source blue light form white light, which is mainly used to prepare white LED light-emitting devices excited by blue LED chips.
