Scope

This standard applies to the safety prevention systems of hospitals in the administrative region of this city that have obtained the "Medical Institution Practice License" level two (inclusive) in accordance with the "Medical Institution Management Regulations" and other regulations. The reconstruction and expansion of the safety prevention systems of other medical institutions should refer to this standard.
