- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of 1,2-bis(trichlorosilyl)ethane (commonly known as: vinyl double addition). This standard applies to 1,2-bis(trichlorosilyl)ethane obtained by distillation of the product synthesized from acetylene, trichlorosilyl and other raw materials. Structural formula: Cl3SiCH2CH2SiCl3. Relative molecular mass: 296.94 (according to the 2016 international relative atomic mass).
