Scope

This part of GB/T 25000 specifies the framework for carrying out quality measurement work. The content of this part is as follows: --- quality measurement reference model; --- relationship between different types of quality measures; --- guidelines for selecting quality measures; --- guidelines for constructing quality measures; --- planning and implementation Guidelines for measurements; — guidelines for the application of measurement results. This section also gives considerations for the selection of quality measures and quality measure elements (see Appendix A), assessment of measurement reliability and validity of quality measures (see Appendix B), elements of quality measures (see Appendix C), quality measures The normalization of the measurement function (see Appendix D) and the measurement information model in ISO/IEC/IEEE15939 (see Appendix E). This section can be used to design, identify, evaluate and implement measurement models for system and software product quality, quality in use and quality of data. The reference model can be used by developers, acquirers, quality assurance personnel and independent evaluators, especially those responsible for specifying and evaluating the quality of ICT systems.
