This document stipulates the organization and management, evaluation procedures, evaluation content and methods of power science and technology project fund evaluation. This document applies to the organization, planning and implementation of budget, fund execution and acceptance evaluation of power technology projects. Other engineering demonstration projects and first unit (set) projects can be implemented with reference to this document or other relevant documents.
