This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of food additive liquid carbon dioxide (fermentation method). This standard is applicable to liquid carbon dioxide filled with steel cylinders or storage tanks (vehicles) obtained by washing, purifying, drying, cooling and pressurizing the carbon dioxide gas produced in the process of alcohol production by fermentation. This product is mainly used for carbonated beverages, and can also be used for food processing, food preservation and storage.
