- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of black polyethylene plastics for wire and cable (hereinafter referred to as polyethylene cable materials). This standard is applicable to polyethylene cable compound made from polyethylene resin as the main raw material by adding carbon black, antioxidant and other additives through mixing, plasticizing and granulating.
