- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage and quality commitments of high-strength bolts, nuts and washers for wind power generation. This standard applies to high-strength bolts, nuts and washers (hereinafter referred to as bolts, nuts and washers) for wind power generation with a nominal diameter of 12 mm to 64 mm. The bolts, nuts and washers specified in this standard are suitable for use under the conditions where the ambient temperature is -45 ℃ ~ +60 ℃, the operating temperature is -45 ℃ ~ +150 ℃, and the relative humidity is not greater than 95%. This standard applies to high-strength bolts, nuts and washers for wind power with surface treatment of electrolytic zinc flake coating.
