Overview The tester is used for low-temperature flexibility testing of asphalt membranes. The tester consists of two non-rotating cylinders and a cylindrical or semi-cylindrical curved shaft. The shaft is in the middle of the two cylinders and can move up and down. The entire device is immersed in freezing liquid that can control the temperature at (-40~+20)°C. 4 Measuring characteristics 4.1 Mechanical part 4.1.1 Cylinder diameter: φ (20±0.1)mm 4.1.2 Bent shaft diameter: The diameter can be φ (20±0.1)mm, φ (30±0.1)mm or φ (50± 0.1)mm 4.1.3 The rising speed of the bending axis is (360±40)mm/min, and the end point of the movement of the bending axis is (30±1)mm above the cylinder, as shown in Figure 1. 4.2 The temperature control range of the temperature part is (-40~+20)℃, and the maximum allowable error is ±0.5℃.
