- This standard stipulates the type size, tooth size and deviation, technical requirements and basic requirements for marking and packaging of thread rolling wheels for ordinary threads. This standard applies to thread rolling wheels for processing ordinary threads (according to GB/T192-193, GB/T196-197). Thread rolling wheels are divided into three precision grades: 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades. Grade 1 is suitable for processing external threads with tolerance grades 4 and 5; grade 2 is suitable for processing external threads with tolerance grades 5 and 6; grade 3 is suitable for processing external threads with tolerance grades 6 and 7 .
