The key heat treatment process parameters mainly include heating temperature, heating time, and holding time. 4.2 The elements selected for resource and environmental load measurement mainly include energy consumption, resource consumption, environmental emissions and occupational health data. Among them, energy consumption mainly includes the consumption of electricity and natural gas. Resource consumption mainly includes the consumption of quenching fluid, quenching oil, and water. Environmental emissions mainly include dust, volatile organic compounds (VOC), and gaseous pollutants. Occupational health data mainly includes noise and temperature.
