- This standard specifies the terms, ratings, design and structure, test methods, marks, packaging and other contents and requirements of fuses for external protection of shunt capacitors (hereinafter referred to as fuses). This standard is applicable to high-voltage fuses with a rated voltage of 3-35kV and a frequency of 50Hz to protect a single or group (set) of shunt capacitors.
