Scope
Suizhou City, Hubei Province is an important mushroom producing area in the country. After more than 40 years of development, the mushroom industry has become an industry that enriches the people and a landmark export industry in this city. In recent years, the proportion of mushroom deep-processed products has increased year by year. However, due to the inconsistent product standards and uneven product quality of mushroom deep-processed products (mainly mushroom paste and mushroom juice concentrate), exports are frequently blocked. Therefore, it is very urgent to formulate and publish unified product standards. The group standard "Shiitake Mushroom Sauce" organized by Suizhou Quality Association unifies the key indicators of mushroom sauce (moisture content, edible salt) on the premise of strictly implementing the national food safety standards.
