Scope

This specification stipulates the review scope, review points and acceptance criteria for technical review of effluent monitoring and environmental monitoring at nuclear-related activity sites of nuclear-powered icebreakers, as well as effluent monitoring during operation of nuclear-powered icebreakers. This specification is applicable to the technical review of effluent monitoring and environmental monitoring in the environmental impact report of the nuclear power icebreaker construction project by the nuclear and radiation environmental impact assessment agency.
