This document defines the terms and definitions involved in the declaration of high-tech enterprises, establishes the procedures for declaration of high-tech enterprises, and stipulates the application conditions for high-tech enterprises, operational instructions for the stages of enterprise declaration and application materials. This document is applicable to the application of high-tech enterprises within the administrative region of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
