Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements, content, items and methods for safety performance supervision and inspection of simple pressure vessels. This standard is applicable to the safety performance supervisory inspection (hereinafter referred to as supervisory inspection) of simple pressure vessels specified in TSG 21 that simultaneously meet the following conditions: a) The pressure vessel consists of a cylinder, a flat cover, and a convex head (excluding spherical heads) ), or composed of two convex heads; b) The material of the main pressure components such as the cylinder, head and nozzle is carbon steel, austenitic stainless steel or Q345R; c) The design pressure is less than or equal to 1.6 MPa; d) The volume is less than or equal to 1 m3; e) The product of the working pressure and the volume is less than or equal to 1 MPa·m3; f) The medium is air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, inert gas, vapor evaporated from medical distilled water, or the above gases (steam) ) mixed gas; the medium is allowed to contain oil and other components that are not enough to change the characteristics of the medium and do not affect the compatibility of the medium and the material; g) The design temperature is greater than or equal to -20°C, and the maximum operating temperature is less than or equal to 150°C ; h) Indirect flame heated welded pressure vessels (flat cover bolts are allowed to be connected when the inner diameter is less than or equal to 550 mm).
