This document establishes the terms and definitions, environmental requirements, production management, process requirements and quality control, quality requirements and inspection methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of Inner Mongolia Xing'an League ecological products quick-frozen noodles and prepared foods. This document is applicable to the production, operation and evaluation of ecological quick-frozen noodles and prepared food products in the Xing'an League area of Inner Mongolia.
