This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of white protein beverages. This standard applies to beverages using plant extracts or protein hydrolysates as raw materials, with a protein content of not less than 0.10% (m/V). This standard does not apply to soy milk and other imitation milk products.
