This document stipulates the testing conditions, basic functions and performance testing, climate environment performance testing, insulation performance testing, mechanical performance testing, electromagnetic compatibility performance testing and inspection rules of the smart substation monitoring system test device. This document is applicable to the testing of smart substation monitoring system test devices (hereinafter referred to as the tested test devices) and can be used as the basis for the design, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance of such devices.
